هذه القصيدة كتبها وترجمتها الى الانجليزية لما لا اعلم
قالوا جاءت الثورة وغيرت كل شيء
وحررت مصر من القهر والقهار
تغيرت بلادى في كل شيء
تغير بثورة الثوار
تغيرت الناس والاشياء في بلادى
حتى انا تغير شيء ما داخلى
وعملت ان في عشق بلادى وهواك
سرت من الاحرار
قد كنت احبك قبل الثور مرة
اما الان فانا احبك الالاف المرات
قد كنت اتلمس نسيم عبيرك شوقا
الان يجيء عبيرك محملا بعبير الشهداء
احببتك كثيرا كثيرا لكن
الان اصبح حبك اروع في ارض الحرية
كانت بلادى في عهدا مضي ارضا للرسلات والانبياء
والان سارت رمزا للحرية
ومهد العشق والاشواق
انا لا اعلم هل اهواك ام بهواك تنادينى سمائي
